Third day of school. I wonder how long I can keep up with this.

Today I watched Avatar (again) with schoolmates, in 3D! It was really amazing to see the characters right in front of you, so close that you can count the number of veins on their neck; but once the novelty wears off it gets a little hard to sit through three long hours knowing exactly what the plot will be (which wasn’t that unpredictable in the first place). All in all, not worth it to spend extra money for those clunky 3D glasses!

So my best 3D experience is still retained by the dinosaur film that my family watched in the Omnitheatre a long long time ago! I remember how I used to keep the dinosaur movie ticket-cum-calendar as treasure. That time we could feel the tremor and all that when the T-rex stomped across the screen, everything was so real and frightening. So Avatar work harder! The effects were great (I especially like how the ground lights up when you step on it) but a second viewing dulls everything. So in my opinion it’s not an all-time classic, where you can watch it again and again and still manage to unearth new things each time.

[+] Accidentally leaving your handphone in hall for a whole day is bad! I keep on reaching into my bag to fish out nothing. T_T  From tomorrow onwards: mandatory handphone check before I leave!
